About Us

​Darren Petras is the owner of DC Paralegal Services and a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada.  He graduated from Laurentian University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in Law and Justice. Later, he went on to receive a Graduate Certificate in the Court and Tribunal Agent program at Durham College where he earned a “Dean’s List” nomination. Over the past few years, Darren has assisted clients in the Ontario Court of Justice at both the Criminal and Provincial Offences levels. He has also conducted hearings at various commissions and tribunals as well as the Landlord & Tenant Board. Darren is a worthy trial advocate who’s growing experience is now being put to use in the courts of Eastern Ontario.
